IBM Color Billboard

The sign was custom fabricated to our specs, with 16 MIDI-controllable high-power LED arrays. Software sampled the colors in front of it from a camera feed, and the lights were calibrated to reproduce each color as closely as possible.

It spent several weeks at JFK Airport sampling and recording colors. Afterwards it was packed up, and the last I heard it was headed to Epcot for storage. I like to imagine it's there next to the Ark of the Covenant.
